Cake Club

Welcome to the first ever Cake Club! We have a lot of work to do on this but wanted to just offer it this first go around and see how things go. If it doesn't go well, oh well, and we haven't spent too much time/ effort (small biz life balance, ha!). If it goes well then HOORAY because we have a lot of fun ideas, flavors, and fun things in store for this little club that would become more of a member's only thing. Assuming all goes well, we will be offering this once a month and we will figure out how to best do it whether that means you build your own box or some other variation since this item will come as is without modifications right now on flavors. Thank you for being part of this first round with us!

So here is the plan for this round. This item will be up for the next 12 hours or until sold out and then you will no longer see the item listed as available. By purchasing this, you are going to get 4 cake "sammies." One in each flavor listed below and photographed. We needed to put a top on them for transit purposes so the cream would not get destroyed but they are OH so delicious and extra amazing this way. This item can technically be purchased alongside other items but you will be charged twice for shipping (one overnight fee and one regular one) because we have to send it in two boxes since this item needs to ship on its own.

Storage: This box will come with dry ice that should keep it nice and chilled until it arrives to you. Once you receive it please either freeze it or refrigerate it immediately. In the fridge these will last 7 days and frozen they will last 2 months. 

Pricing Transparency: Cakes are $10/ each this round (which is the same price we sell at the farmers market locally) even though there are extra costs involved since there is another base layer on these cakes. We may need to change this going forward to cover all our costs but we wanted to keep prices as low as we could for you all given the shipping is going to be expensive since it is UPS overnight. In addition, we had to add a $5 fee for the dry ice. This is the exact price for the dry ice only and is also most likely going to change as it doesn't cover any of our costs with handling it, packing it, all the labor etc. Again, wanted to keep prices as low as possible on this round to make sure anyone who wants this package can get it and is not paying for anything more than cost. So you are getting 4 pieces of cake at $10 each + $5 for the dry ice which is what brings the price to $45.

 SHIPPING NOTICE (please read all before ordering):

* These boxes will ship on the 11th to arrive to you on the 12th. Please note we are in the holiday season and there ARE DELAYS out of our control. We have enough dry ice in your box to hopefully last but we will NOT REFUND you shipping if there is a shipping delay out of our control. IF your item arrives damaged, please take photos and email us so we can help you. You will receive your tracking info when your order has left us via another email (separate from your confirmation email) so you will know when it has actually left. 

* PLEASE note that We DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS on this product so please keep this in mind if you are ordering and live somewhere where packages have issues getting to you/ get stolen/ etc; you are ordering at your own risk. 

* We will not refund or reship orders due to shipping delays or lost/ stolen packages. Please make sure you place your order and check your shipping address and make sure it is going to a safe location. Once packages leave our facility, the shipping is out of our hands and not in our control and we will not be able to offer any refunds or returns due to any shipping related issues. We are using UPS OVERNIGHT for these which is expensive for you and for us and to be 100% transparent, we can't afford to take on any more cost for things that we can't control. If there are any problems with shipping itself, you will need to contact these companies directly. We apologize for this needing to be so strict. 

* These are all handmade with a ton of love by our small team (+ we have a one man shipping team) and we are going to be working so hard to pack them so they arrive perfectly. If there is anything wrong when they arrive, please take photos and email us so we can help to take care of you.

 All our desserts are produced on equipment that processes tree nuts, peanuts, coconut, and gluten-free oats.
