One of our favorite flavors for summer. This cake is bright and citrusy thanks to the addition of raspberry pieces scattered throughout with just the right amount of richness from the vanilla cream to round everything off. This cake sits on top of our cashew/coconut crust to add some texture.
Cakes can be refrigerated for up to 7 days or cut into slices and stored frozen in something airtight for up to 2 months.
All our desserts are produced on equipment that processes nuts, peanuts, coconut, and gluten free oats.
